ROSE COTTAGE
This is a modernised cottage built in local stone. It has fitted carpets throughout and has oil-fired central heating. Alternatively, there are night store heaters, electric fire and immersion heater. The cottage is comprised of:
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With original oak beamed ceiling, colour TV.
KITCHEN Electric cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, spin dryer, iron / board.
BATHROOM Bath, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point.
BEDROOMS (2) 2 singles beds and 1 double bed

CRAGSIDE COTTAGE
This is a modernised cottage built in local stone. It has fitted carpets throughout and has oil-fired central heating.
Entrance to the cottage is by 8 stone steps. The lounge/dining room and kitchen are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs on the ground floor. The cottage is comprised of:
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With colour TV.
KITCHEN Electric cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, automatic washing machine, iron/board.
BATHROOM Bath, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point.
BEDROOMS (2) - twin beds and 1 double bed

GLENKOBLA COTTAGE
This small but charming accommodation has been furnished to a high standard. Built in local stone this barn has been converted into studio accommodation comprising of:
BATHROOM Bath, electric shower, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point.
KITCHEN AREA (off living room) Electric cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, iron / board.
LIVING ROOM Approx. 16ft x 10ft with view across hillside, colour TV.
SLEEPING LOFT Sloped beamed ceiling (and window) situated above the bathroom and reached by short staircase from living room - contains double bed (with low futon type base).
HEATING & HOT WATER Storage heaters and immersion heater.
Car parking facilities within 20 yards of cottage.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION FOR EACH COTTAGE:
Bookings are normally on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but odd days may be booked any time during the period November - March (Min. 2 nights).
A non-returnable deposit of 25 is required to confirm each week booked. Balance payable one month prior to visit.
Bed linen is provided (duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcases) but visitors are asked to provide their own towels, although they can be hired for a small charge if prior arrangements are made.
A cot and highchair are available, please mention on booking if needed.
The cottages are located in close proximity to the owner/proprietor and are maintained personally by Mrs Walker to a high standard. Facilities, decor and materials are being continually upgraded.
Mountain bikes are not allowed to be stored in the cottages.
Please ask about storage facilities!
Arrival: Not before 2.30pm (unless prior arrangement).
Departure: Not later than 10.00am
