This is a modernised cottage built in local stone. It has fitted carpets throughout and has oil-fired central heating. Alternatively, there are night store heaters, electric fire and immersion heater. The cottage is comprised of: LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With original oak beamed ceiling, colour TV. KITCHEN Electric cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, spin dryer, iron / board. BATHROOM Bath, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point. BEDROOMS (2) 2 singles beds and 1 double bed Bed linen is provided (duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcases) but visitors are asked to provide their own towels, although they can be hired for a small charge if prior arrangements are made. A cot and highchair are available, please mention on booking if needed. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Car parking facilities within 25 yards of cottage. Mountain bikes are not allowed to be stored in the cottage. Please ask about storage facilities! Arrival: Not before 2.30pm (unless prior arrangement). Departure: Not later than 10.00am NO PETS. Telephone to receive calls only 01748 884328 Bookings are normally on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but odd days may be booked any time during the period November March (Min. 2 nights). A non-returnable deposit of 25 is required to confirm each week booked. Balance payable one month prior to visit. The cottage is located in close proximity to the owner/proprietor and is maintained personally by Mrs Walker to a high standard. Facilities, decor and materials are being continually upgraded.
