The accommodation consists of 1 double en-suite room, two twin rooms, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen and dining area are situated in the old barn with the original beams. Fridge with freezer compartment.
The living-room again with open beams, a Yorkshire stone fire-place, and French doors opening on to a south facing patio and garden. Garden furniture is provided.
The village of High Hawsker is situated in between Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay, two and a half miles from each, and is ideally situated to explore the area. The village has a pleasant atmosphere, and the locals are very friendly people. A drink and a meal can be enjoyed in the Hare & Hounds Inn, which is about 50 yards from holiday cottages, there is also a games-room that can be used by the whole family. The village hall which is situated about 100 yards from the property, has a playground.
